PAN FRY: Preheat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a pan at medium high heat until almost smoking. Sear for 4-5 minutes per side.
GRILL: Sear steaks for 3-5 minutes per side depending on thickness/doneness preferences. Let rest for 5-10min
