PAN SEARED: Preheat a cast-iron or heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil if not using a non-stick pan. Place the patty in the skillet; cook 3–4 minutes per side for medium, flipping once.
BAKED: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).Place patties on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Finish with 1–2 minutes under the broiler for browning if desired.
GRILLED: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (450–500°F). Clean and oil grates. Grill patties for 3–4 minutes per side for medium.
AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Place patties in the basket, don’t overcrowd. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
