BAKED: Preheat oven to 400°F. Seasoned vegetables and toss in olive oil. Place vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until desired tenderness is reached.
AIR FRYER: Preheat fryer to 380°F. Toss vegetables in oil and desired seasonings and place in air fryer pan. Fry for 12-15 minutes, tossing occasionally, checking doneness and for desired tenderness.
PRO TIPS:
If you are using an air fryer, use a high smoke point oil or spray like avocado oil.
