PAN SEARED: Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add oil/butter. Season the Skewers (if needed) . Cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
BAKED: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, and cooking until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
GRILLED: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates and cook skewers for 3-4 minutes per side
AIR FRYER: Preheat to 400°F. Season shrimp (if needed). Place in the basket, Air fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured with a food thermometer.
Do not microwave.
