PAN FRY: In oil on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes, turning once. Let meat rest for 5-7 minutes
GRILL: Sear steaks for 3-5 minutes per side depending on thickness/doneness preferences. Let rest for 5-10min
OVEN: Sear all sides in a hot pan. Place in roasting pan with broth and cover. Cook for 2-3 hours until internal temp is 145°F
SLOW COOKER: Add roast, seasonings, vegetables and broth. Cook on low for 6-8 or high for 4-6 hours
