PAN SEARED: Heat skillet over medium-high heat and add oil/butter. Season the vegetables as desired. Cook for 8-10 minutes, tossing occasionally to desired tenderness.
BAKED: Preheat oven to 400°F. Seasoned vegetables and toss in olive oil. Place vegetables on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness/tenderness is reached.
GRILLED: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place vegetables in a grate-proof cooking medium and grill for 5-7 minutes tossing half way through cooking time.
AIR FRYER: Preheat fryer to 380°F. Toss vegetables in oil and desired seasonings and place in air fryer pan. Fry for 10-12 minutes, tossing occasionally, checking doneness and for desired tenderness.
PRO TIPS:
If you are using an air fryer, use a high smoke point oil or spray like avocado oil.
