PAN SEARED: Heat skillet to medium high heat. Season pork with desired seasonings if needed. Sear in an oiled pan for 4-6 minutes per side. Cook to internal temp of 145°F
BAKED: Preheat oven to 375°F. Season pork in a baking dish with oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temp is 145°F. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
GRILLED: Preheat grill to medium heat. Season pork and grill chops for 4-5 minutes per side depending on thickness. Cook to internal temp of 145°F.
AIR FRYER: Preheat to 375°F. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. Let rest for 3-5 minutes
