Remove fresh product from package before cooking.
PAN SEARED: Pan fry in vegetable oil on medium high heat for 5-7 minutes, turning once. Cook to 165° F
BAKED: Preheat oven to 400°. Season(as needed) and bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temp is 165° F
GRILLED: Preheat grill to medium high heat. Grill 5-7 minutes per side. Internal temp must reach 165° F
AIR FRYER: Season chicken as desired. Preheat air fryer to 375° F. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp is 165° F
For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer.
Do not microwave.
PRO TIPS:
If you are using an air fryer, use a high smoke point oil or spray like avocado oil.
